This Privacy Policy explains how Healonex Digital UK Limited (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Pregnancy Buddy app. It describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

In short: your pregnancy and health tracking stays on your device, we never sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and AI features only run when you allow them.

1. Information Stored Only on Your Device

The following information stays on your device and is not sent to us:

• Your name (optional) and profile picture
• Your due date and pregnancy details
• Health tracking: weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, water intake, kicks, contractions, symptoms, medicines and appointments
• Photos you add, such as bump photos

Deleting the app removes this information from your device.

2. Information We Process

2.1 AI Features (only with your permission)

When you use the Food Scanner or Symptom Guidance, and only after you allow AI analysis, we send the food photo you take, or the symptoms you select together with your pregnancy week and trimester, to our AI service through our secure server to create your result. We do not keep this data on our servers after your result is created, and it is never sold or used for advertising. You can turn AI analysis off at any time in the app’s Profile screen.

2.2 Device and Usage Information

• Anonymous app identifiers used to deliver notifications and to recognise your subscription
• Device type, operating system and app version
• Approximate country, based on your network connection
• How the app is used (for example, which features are opened) and crash and performance reports

This information does not include your name or your health tracking records.

2.3 Feature Ideas You Send Us

If you share a feature idea in the app, we receive the text you write together with basic device information (platform, app version and country).

2.4 Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased and paid for through the App Store or Google Play. We receive your subscription status, but we never receive or store your payment details.

2.5 Contacting Support

If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond to you.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide the app: including AI results, reminders and notifications.
• To manage your subscription.
• To improve the app: understanding how features are used and fixing problems.
• To support you: responding to your messages.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your health information for advertising or marketing.

4. Sharing With Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to run the app: hosting our servers, managing subscriptions, analytics and crash reporting, and the AI service. They receive only the information needed for their service, may use it only on our behalf, and are required to protect it with the same or equal protection described in this policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or if we believe it is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation.
• Protect and defend the rights or property of Pregnancy Buddy.
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the app.
• Protect the personal safety of app users or the public.

5. No Advertising

Pregnancy Buddy does not display ads and does not use any third-party advertising networks. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• AI analysis: turn it on or off at any time in the app’s Profile screen.
• Notifications: turn them on or off in your device settings.
• On-device data: delete it at any time by deleting the app.
• Access and deletion: ask us for a copy of, or the deletion of, any information we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent: you can withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

7. Data Retention

Information on your device stays until you delete it or the app. AI requests are processed only to create your result. Other information we receive is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Data Security

We protect your information with industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where they do, we require appropriate safeguards to protect it.

10. Children

Pregnancy Buddy is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and in the app, and change the date at the top.
